When you feel a need for change, when things fall apart, when your inner and outer lives are out of synch there can be a calling to seek meaning and self-knowledge, which leads to healing, growth and wellbeing. I approach psychotherapy from the growth-oriented nature of the human being. In this way I witness and guide the development of the whole person, which consists of the intellectual, emotional, mind-body, spiritual and creative aspects of each individual. I provide a safe nurturing environment for a client’s exploration, which can include all the feelings and experiences of being human. The goal is finding one’s true self and belonging, so that your life can be fully lived and expressed.
